Are you planning on adding more colors and patch options?

Yes! We are constantly working on developing new products. We currently have two other patch designs in the works. As far as hat colors, we try to bring in new brands and colors as much as we can. Special orders help us see what is popular.

Can you do different hats than you have listed online?

Absolutely. If you have a specific hat you would like us to order please contact us and we can work on getting that in. The cost will be higher but it is doable.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! If you are planning on ordering a large amount of hats we can do a discounted rate. Contact us for a quote.

Shipping & Returns

How are your hats shipped?

All of our hats are sealed inside of a poly bag, then placed in a box to secure it for transport.

We ship all orders via USPS and UPS Ground.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer UPS Next Day Air Saver. You will see that option at checkout. If you need rush processing as well please contact us before placing your order to see if we can work with your deadline.

My package was damaged or lost

For damaged packages please send us a picture of the box and the damage done to the product inside. We will submit a claim with the carrier on your behalf and reship you a new item.

For lost items, please contact UPS/USPS if the package has not been marked lost yet, if it is marked lost please contact us and we will submit a claim on your behalf and reship you a new item.

What is the return policy?

All new, unused items can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

I was sent the wrong item

We apologize if you were sent the wrong item. Please contact us and we will issue you a return label for the item you received, as well as go ahead and ship out the correct item.
